Katherine J. Cozzani, M.A. ECE, J.D.

Philosophy

My job is to advocate zealously for my client in a professional and informed manner.

After graduating law school, I worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney. I was in the courtroom every day prosecuting cases. My approach was to treat each individual with respect, explain to them their options given the facts of the case and history. My cases included battery, assault, DUI and Domestic abuse.  My protection of families is innate. I have always helped those who could not otherwise help themselves.

Everyone comes to the table with issues and history, the underlying fact is that we are all people who sometimes need assistance. You can lean on me. My approach is to use my extensive professional and life history to work for you.  My goal is to provide you the highest level of personalized service and advocating skills.  I look forward to working with you.
